Do You Have Results Or Excuses?

Arnold Schwarzenegger is my childhood hero, his life and what he accomplished is the best example of someone working hard and smart to get what he dreamed of.

One of his life philosophies is shown in the picture and I agree with it.

But the question remains why do people have excuses?

The best reason people come up with excuses is because they don’t take personal responsibility.

According to them, everything wrong is someone else’s fault but deep down they know they are the only one to blame.

Here’s my approach:

Don’t have the life you want?

Your own fault.

Don’t have the money you want?

Your own fault.

Don’t have the business you want?

Your own fault.

If you are not where you want?

It’s only your own fault.

You will complain and make excuses, you will put blame on everything but yourself,

But what would all that complaining and moaning get you?

Nothing!

Take the life of any successful person and one thing they all have is the attitude of being responsible for their own life.

They have accepted that in life, the more industrious you are the more you get, the more “lucky” you are and the more situations turn in your favor.

Currently, the culture of West and East is becoming the culture of entitlement where everything is someone else’s fault!

The car didn’t start in the morning?

It’s the weather,

Did girlfriend cheat on you?

She was a bitch from day 1.

Did business fail?

The market wasn’t right!

We see it everywhere and everyone is doing it!

And what do they get for doing it?

Nothing!

But you and I aren’t part of the majority, are we?

Of course not!

We are part of the 3%.

The 3% that Jim Rohn told about in his famous seminar:

“Walk away from the 97%
Don’t use their vocabulary.
Don’t use their excuses.
Don’t use their method of drift and neglect,
won’t even walk around the block for their health.
Won’t even eat an apple a day.
Won’t even take the time to refine their philosophy for a better life.
Walk away and join the 3%.”

- Jim Rohn

Accept that fact that it is your own life and you are responsible for it.

Not your parents, not your family, not your government.

In fact, majority of the people don’t even care what happens to you and they will gladly ignore you and move on to the next thing if you give them a reason to.

Once you start taking responsibility your life will start changing.

You will have more clarity and more necessity do get things done right because if anything fails it is your own fault.

People will come up and admit their own mistakes if something goes wrong since they know that their leader (you) does it as well.

You will have zero excuses, because a responsible person never makes excuses and what will happen when you will have zero excuses?

Eventually, you will get results!
